Returns & Exchanges

At Checkout, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
